Our team of Field Service Representatives (FSRs) are highly trained to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of parts and components on-site. In addition, they provide on-site product training and advice to help operators maintain peak operational readiness.
When all on-site repairs and recommendations have been exhausted, vehicles are brought our 4th line repair facility in North York, Ontario where our expert technicians are able to conduct a thorough investigation. We are proud to offer a wide range of services, such as logistics, engineering, and training, to ensure that our clients are fully supported every step of the way.
